Praxis CTO ("we," "this site") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what your options are.

What we collect

If you subscribe to Praxis CTO, we collect your email address so we can send you new posts and occasional newsletter updates. If you leave a comment on a post, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your comment. We don't ask for or store any other personal information, and we never sell your data.

How we use it

Your email is used solely to deliver content you've signed up for — new post notifications and the Praxis CTO newsletter. Comment information is used to display your comment and, if needed, to moderate it.

Analytics

This site uses Ghost's built-in, first-party web analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns (which posts get read, roughly how much traffic, where visitors come from). This doesn't track you individually across other sites, and no third-party ad or tracking scripts (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) are installed on this site.

Who else sees your data

This site runs on Ghost(Pro), which hosts the site and stores subscriber/comment data on our behalf as a data processor — not as the owner of that data. Newsletter emails are sent through Ghost's infrastructure; if you reply to one, it lands in a mailbox on our own Google Workspace. We don't share your information with anyone else.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send. To request that we delete your data entirely, email newsletter@praxiscto.com and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
